How to Fight Face Puffiness ?

If you have a puffy face this frequently means that you are dehydrated, ate too much salt, have PMS or didn't get enough sleep. Expel inflates and get back to being beautiful with a few natural therapies.

Drinking Water

If you aren't drinking at least eight glasses of water a day, you may be dehydrated. Too much alcohol or caffeine may also be to blame, so replace those beverages with pure water for a day or two to see if that sends the puffiness packing.

Cold Water Compress

If late-night partying or studying keeps you from getting your beauty sleep, the lack may show in your face. When you wake up with a puffy face or eyes, turn to simple, cold water to remedy the problem. Soak a clean washcloth with cold water and wring it out. The bag from your morning cup of tea may be just the answer to eye puffiness. Place chilled tea bags over your eyes for 10 minutes to immediately reduce that unflattering puffy look. Herbal teas such as chamomile soothe your eyes with anti-inflammatory properties.
